somehow it broke, it was running out of battery so i plugged in the charger, and it would not charge. I hoped it was the charger so i tried it on another ds but it worked. I tried every ds charger on my ds, and it never worked. There is no use of keeping a ds that won't work, so i contacted Nintendo so they could repair it. I was hoping it was going to be a cheap price, but it totaled $85

. I went on and got it, because they had said that if they were not able to repair it they would replace it with a new one. I'm pretty sure they can't repair my ds

, the screen is damaged, the L and R buttons don't work, the rest of the buttons have to be pressed on really hard in order for them to work. It appears to me, I'm getting a new ds lite for $85, if i think of it that way it won't hurt. I don't consider myself a stingy person at all, but this purchase feels a bit of regret and pain. I started saving for a car, and my mom wanted to travel but i won't be able to help her too much (she's going to be angry with me if she finds out what i did

).
